SHELIO is developing new approaches to help communities, organizations, and institutions coordinate direct assistance for people facing everyday financial hardship.

We believe this work is most effective when it is continuous, coordinated, and locally grounded.

As an independent initiative, SHELIO brings together research, design, and cross-sector collaboration to develop new coordination models between citizens, civil society organizations, financial institutions, and the public sector.

We are currently working with NGOs, practitioners and institutional partners to develop and validate early-stage initiatives.

The first pilot is being developed in Torino, Italy.
